Ms. Jeong has provided tax and legal expertise to hundreds of clients on thousands of transactions over the course of her practice. Her clients have included Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, public and private corporations and partnerships, major private equity companies, investment funds, start-up companies, tax-exempt organizations and high-net-wealth individuals.
Annie began practicing law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison, one of the most well-known and respected businesses and litigation law firms in the country. She continued practicing law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz, a premier law firm in the country for mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions and ranked #1 law firm in the country by Vault Law, Above the Law and other publications. From there, she moved to San Francisco, where she worked at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, the oldest law firm in Los Angeles and one of the largest law firms in the country.
Annie received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. In her spare time, she volunteers at several non-profit organizations in Arizona. She is admitted to practice law in New York, California and Arizona.
